The Office for Alumni and Corporate Relations at St. Petersburg State University of Economics (СПбГЭУ) actively cooperates with partner companies, helping employers find employees among graduates and graduates find достойные employment opportunities.
Employment assistance
At the Career and Employment Office, students and graduates can always receive career advice on job searching, resume writing, interview preparation, and any other issues related to career development.
The resources of the SPbSUE Alumni Association and UNECON Career publish around 900 current internships and vacancies from employer partners every year. Graduates can subscribe to receive notifications about new vacancies.
Career events are held regularly, including Career Week, webinars and round tables, and master classes with industry professionals. At the annual large-scale UNECON Career Day, students develop important professional and soft skills in an interactive format and meet potential employers from leading companies in St. Petersburg.
In addition, the Career and Employment Office organizes several dozen excursions to various companies every year, giving students the opportunity to learn about career prospects firsthand and demonstrate their abilities.

It is one of the key partners of Saint Petersburg State University of Economics (SPbSUE). Among its many areas of cooperation is Gazprom’s traditional Career Fair at SPbSUE, featuring master classes and consultations.

PJSC Sberbank is the largest bank in Russia, Central and Eastern Europe, and one of the leading international financial institutions. Students of St Petersburg State University of Economics have the opportunity to undertake internships at the company, apply for regularly advertised vacancies, and participate in the Sber Ambassadors programme.

Administration of Saint Petersburg
Students of СПбГЭУ have the opportunity to join the Youth Personnel Reserve and subsequently be appointed to a position in the City Administration or one of its subordinate institutions.
