About the University

StGAU was founded on September 1, 1930. It includes 8 institutes/faculties in key areas of the agro-industrial complex. Scientific priorities: agricultural biology, genetics and breeding, digitalization of the agro-industrial complex, sustainable rural development, new engineering solutions. Included in the top 100 RAEX (47th place), top 3 in Russia in the "Agriculture" direction in the "Three Missions of the University" rating. Presented in THE Impact Rankings and the Moscow International Ranking.
