Some areas of research (according to the passport of the scientific specialty): 1. Mental life and human behavior. Relationship of behavior and activity. 2. Development and analysis of general psychological and historical-psychological research. 3. Evolution of the psyche in phylogeny. 4. Features of the psyche and behavior of different species of animals. 5. Historical development of mental processes, consciousness, and personality. 6. Psychophysical problem. 7. Consciousness and cognitive processes. Cognitive psychology. 8. Thinking, imagination. Emotional-semantic regulation of thinking. 9. Sensation and Perception. Psychophysics. 10. Attention and memory.

What will they teach you?

  • Изучение аспирантами основных методологических, теоретических, методических и прикладных проблем современной психологии
  • Формирование у аспирантов аналитических компетенций, позволяющих активно и творчески участвовать в разработке и практическом применении современных подходов и методов психологического исследования
  • Развитие у аспирантов индивидуального потенциала, способностей к творческому, системному и стратегическому мышлению
  • Самостоятельное планирование научно-исследовательской деятельности в области общей психологии, психологии личности, истории психологии с использованием современных методов исследования
  • Самостоятельный анализ актуальных проблем общей психологии, психологии личности, истории психологии, формулирования новых идеи и гипотез в соответствии с научной картиной мира и научными принципами
  • Критический анализ научной литературы по проблемам теории и методологии психологической науки и практики и оценке современных научных достижений, генерированию новых идей
  • Навыки участия в работе российских и международных исследовательских коллективов по решению научных и научно-образовательных задач

What do graduates do?

Graduates of the postgraduate program who have successfully mastered the program and defended their dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Psychological Sciences in the specialty 5.3.1 - general psychology, personality psychology, history of psychology have the right to: - the position of associate professor in higher educational institutions of psychological and pedagogical profile; - the position of head in state and non-state institutions of social profile; - the position of head of the personnel management service in both state and non-state institutions.
