Admission as part of a general competition
Standard admission procedure for foreign citizens on general grounds. Admission occurs based on the results of entrance tests or on the basis of education documents.

Important information
The Institute does not consider as a result of the entrance exam in Russian for foreign citizens a certificate of completion of state testing in Russian as a foreign language, issued in accordance with the Procedure for Issuing a Certificate of Completion of State Testing in Russian as a Foreign Language and confirming proficiency in Russian in an amount not lower than the first level of proficiency in Russian as a foreign language. Entrance exams for foreign citizens and stateless persons are conducted in written form in Russian.
