The placement of cadets in the dormitory is carried out in the following order: After the issuance of the order on enrollment, cadets submit an application through the director of the GZhK (Appendix No. 1), including with the attachment of copies of documents confirming the priority right to placement (if such documents are available); 2.2. Specialists of the OVO identify the need for the placement of cadets depending on life circumstances, explain to the cadets the right to placement. Life circumstances must be documented. 2.3. The director of the GZhK, based on the applications of the cadets, issues a report-referral to the rector for the settlement of the cadets, taking into account the order provided for in clause 1 of section V of these Rules; 2.4. Based on the report-referral, the rector issues an order to settle the cadets in the dormitory;
In accordance with the rector's order on occupancy, the dormitory administration concludes lease agreements for residential premises in the dormitory with the cadets and accommodates the tenants in the rooms. Lease agreements for residential premises are drawn up in two copies, one copy is kept by the resident, the other is in the administration of the hotel-housing complex.
