About the training program

During their studies, students will participate in solving a real practical task aimed at optimizing the training process of athletes or physical education students of different ages. Under the guidance of professionals at the Scientific and Clinical Center of KFU "Health and Rehabilitation Technologies," equipped with modern diagnostic equipment, practical and laboratory work, as well as research practices, will be conducted. The opportunity to master modern diagnostic techniques for the functional state of the body, aimed at correcting the training process, will help graduates find application as a trainer-teacher in the future

What do graduates do?

A physical education instructor is a specialist in planning and implementing physical activity aimed at maintaining and restoring a person's physical health. They work with various categories of citizens in the field of amateur and therapeutic physical education, conduct classes, develop an individual training schedule, teach the technique of performing physical exercises, and ensure safety during physical education. An instructor can specialize in any area of physical culture – strength exercises, working on exercise machines, running and walking, general strengthening exercises, rehabilitation after surgery or surgical operations.
