Rules for settling in a dormitory
Required documents:
- Copy of passport
- Copy of migration card
- Copy of visa (if available)
- Copy of residence registration document
- 2 photos
- Medical certificate (blood test (HIV, infectious diseases, narcotic and psychotropic substances) and fluorography)
- Dormitory payment check
Settlement conditions:
- To accommodate those in need of a dormitory (for first-year students – after enrollment), it is necessary to apply to the student housing complex management with an application in person or electronically.
- For persons under 18 years old – when settling in a dormitory, the lease agreement is concluded on the condition of the presence of the legal representative (parent, guardian) of the minor student at the time of its conclusion and the provision of written consent from the legal representative for the conclusion of the agreement and registration.
- A lease agreement for a residential premises in a dormitory is concluded with each occupant in accordance with the housing legislation of the Russian Federation.
- Placement of students (residents) is carried out in accordance with the regulations on the housing cooperative of VSU and the order of the rector of VSU.
