About the training program
From the first year, students try their hand at modern science, working with mentors and getting acquainted with scientific institutions and their research. They master the advanced and most difficult program at Phystech, which includes extended courses in mathematical analysis and linear algebra, general (classical) physics and experimental methods, modern programming courses, and much more. A significant part of the subjects is studied in a unique (expanded compared to other physical engineering schools) format for MIPT.
