graduate employment
Educational organizations provide comprehensive and multi-level assistance to students and graduates for their successful employment. This support begins with the first year and continues after graduation, covering various aspects of career development.
The Career Center of OmSTU acts as the main coordinator of this work.
Employment assistance
The Career Center provides individual consultations on resume writing, interview preparation, and career plan development. Center staff inform students about current vacancies and internships, as well as organize key events for direct interaction with employers: job fairs, career days, and meetings with company representatives. An important direction is the development of competitive skills. For this purpose, seminars, trainings, and master classes are regularly held. They are aimed at both developing professional skills (hard skills) and honing flexible skills (soft skills): communication, teamwork, negotiation. In addition, various monitoring sessions are organized and conducted so that students can objectively assess their preparation.
