The program includes core and specialized disciplines in ecology and natural resource management, interdisciplinary and humanities courses, and a foreign language to train internationally qualified environmental professionals. E-learning and multimedia are used extensively (in more than 90% of courses), along with training in specialized software (in more than 20% of courses). Distance learning technologies are used for independent study and elective courses. Key competencies are developed through practical training in various natural environments and at industrial enterprises, including research institutes, laboratories, and government authorities.
