About the training program

During their studies, students are given ample opportunities to develop their creative abilities in the fields of fundamental sciences and engineering challenges in space exploration, as well as to participate in real space projects. Using the rapidly developing new class of spacecraft—nanosatellites—as an example, students take part in the stages of research and development aimed at creating high-technology space systems: from developing the idea for a space experiment to operating a nanosatellite and analyzing the results of space experiments.

What do graduates do?

Graduates of the program are in demand at enterprises belonging to the Roscosmos State Corporation and at private companies in the aerospace cluster. Examples of positions include research engineer, design engineer, mechanical engineer, CAD engineer, systems engineer, research scientist, and others. The skills they acquire in working with modern information systems and software enable graduates to pursue careers in information technology and digital engineering.
