Solid-state electronics, including microwave electronics, semiconductor electronics, acoustic electronics, superconducting electronics, spin electronics, optoelectronics, cryoelectronics. Vacuum Electronics. Plasma Electronics. Physical phenomena in solid-state micro- and nano-structures, molecular structures and clusters; conductive, semiconductor, and thin dielectric films and coatings. Study of the physical foundations of plasma and beam technologies, including modification of surface properties, application of thin films and film structures.
