About the training program
The bachelor’s degree programme “Jewish Theology” with additional qualifications as a “Supplementary Education Teacher” / “Teacher of the Spiritual and Moral Culture of Russia” / “History and Social Studies Teacher” focuses on studying the intellectual and spiritual dimension of Jewish civilisation in its historical development. Graduates will gain a comprehensive understanding not only of the development of Jewish theology, but will also be able to conduct independent philosophical and sociocultural analyses of events, processes and phenomena, and to actualise the principles underlying the emergence or adaptation of particular theological concepts within the Jewish tradition.
