About the training program

Profile: Design and Technology of Microsystems. Students study: the fundamentals of electronic component technology; vacuum and plasma electronics; microelectronics and microsystem engineering; silicon nanoelectronics technology; design and technological support for the production of microelectronics and microsystem engineering products.

What will they teach you?

  • проектировать микроэлектронные компоненты и сенсорные системы для современных устройств
  • разрабатывать технологические процессы создания микрочипов и наноструктур
  • работать с тонкопленочными покрытиями, которые придают материалам новые свойства
  • взаимодействовать с плазмохимическим оборудованием, необходимым в том числе для производства процессоров
  • создавать элементы микросистем
  • проводить исследования в области нанотехнологий
  • контролировать качество изделий микроэлектроники на всех этапах производства
