The program prepares specialists to work in the context of the digital transformation of public administration, combining knowledge of public governance with competencies in data management and the digital economy. The curriculum is structured around three tracks: administrative and technological (fundamentals of public and municipal administration, program management, rulemaking), digital (data-driven governance, digital marketing), and economic (the budget and tax system, state property, public procurement).
