Admission as part of a general competition
Standard admission procedure for foreign citizens on general grounds. Admission occurs based on the results of entrance tests or on the basis of education documents.

The original or a copy of a document proving identity and citizenship, or a document proving the identity of a foreign citizen in the Russian Federation or a stateless person in Russia
