About the training program
The “Hotel Operations” specialization prepares professionals in the hospitality sector, covering temporary accommodation, brand promotion, and additional services. The curriculum includes the following disciplines: innovations in service, hotel business management, reservation systems, standardization, and the global hotel industry. Classes are taught by holders of doctoral and candidate of sciences degrees, as well as leading industry practitioners. Internships and employment opportunities are available at leading enterprises in the tourism industry.
The program is delivered in Russian. Applicants can apply under the quota of the Government of the Russian Federation.
