Employment assistance
Together with partners, unique educational programs are being implemented, modern classrooms are being created, and internship programs for students and teachers are being implemented based on the educational complexes of enterprises. Major customers for targeted training are the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). More than 100 partners are actively involved in career events of various formats – industry job fairs, career guidance meetings and master classes from specialists, excursions to enterprises, Olympiads (International Engineering Championship CASE-IN, All-Russian Student Olympiad "I am a Professional" and others). Graduates receive career consultations and assistance in building a professional trajectory. This helps future specialists determine areas of professional development and acquire key skills for successful employment.
