Employment assistance
Unique educational programs are implemented jointly with partners, modern classrooms are being created, and internship programs for students and teaching staff are being carried out at the training facilities of partner enterprises. The main customers for targeted education are the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). More than 100 partners are actively involved in career events in various formats: industry-specific job fairs, career guidance meetings and master classes led by specialists, enterprise tours, and academic competitions, including the CASE-IN International Engineering Championship, the All-Russian Student Olympiad “I Am a Professional,” and others. Graduates receive career consultations and assistance in building their professional development paths. This helps future specialists choose areas for professional development and acquire the key skills needed for successful employment.
