About the training program
This program offers three specializations: Micro- and Nanoelectronics; Radio-Electronic Engineering; Industrial Electronics. The main objective of the program is to train specialists capable of developing, researching, and implementing electronic instruments and devices at the micro- and nanoscale. The program focuses on developing competencies in semiconductor physics, micro- and nanosystem technology, circuit design, and the design of electronic products using advanced materials and structures. The language of instruction is Russian.
