About the training program
Specialization: Digital Public Administration. The program is structured according to a modular approach: at the initial stage, students study general education disciplines to ensure a smooth transition to the university level; they then progressively master general theoretical subjects and specialized courses. The final modules are taught by practicing specialists in public and municipal administration, ensuring a balanced combination of fundamental theory and practical skills and enabling students to become competent professionals ready to address real-world challenges. Instruction is conducted in Russian.
