Important information
Documents obtained in a foreign country must be legalized, unless otherwise provided by an international treaty. For compatriots residing abroad: originals or copies of documents provided for by Article 17 of Federal Law No. 99-FZ. For foreigners applying under international treaties: documents confirming the attribution to the category of persons specified in the treaty. Documents can be submitted in person, by mail, or through the EPGU.
