About the training program
The main goal of the social sphere is to develop human resources and serve the population at all levels, including household, commercial, and housing-related aspects. It also provides social protection through a system of financial assistance and insurance, as well as by creating conditions for decent work and living. Social work professionals (with 11 years of schooling for CIS citizens) play a key role in this process by working with people who need assistance and support. They provide psychological, social, and practical help, assisting people in overcoming difficulties and finding ways toward self-realization and well-being.
