graduate employment
The university helps students and graduates find employment, improve their practical skills, and build their careers. International students can take additional courses and training sessions, as well as attend seminars, master classes, and meetings with company representatives to develop their professional skills and successfully enter the workforce.
Employment assistance
Since 2021, Derzhavin University has operated a Career Center that serves as a one-stop service for employment issues and the development of individual career paths for students, as well as a platform for communication and close cooperation with HR partners and employers. Throughout the academic year, meetings are held with students to introduce them to regional companies and industry representatives and discuss the relevant skills and knowledge required in the labor market. Every student who attends an event has the opportunity to take part in a brief interview and complete a questionnaire for further contact with the employer.
