Admission as part of a general competition

Admission within the quota of the Government of the Russian Federation for foreign citizens. The number of places is limited, selection is conducted on a competitive basis through Rossotrudnichestvo.

Important information
The validity period of the identity document must be at least 18 months (a notarized translation into Russian is required). Please note that an identity document in the form of a plastic card is not a foreign passport. In the foreign passport of citizens of Armenia, there must be a stamp indicating the validity period of this passport (the stamp is placed in Armenia or at the Embassy of Armenia in the Russian Federation). Foreign documents of education (IDO) when imported into the Russian Federation for further use are subject to the recognition procedure (http://www.nic.gov.ru/)
