Standard admission procedure for foreign citizens on general grounds. Admission occurs based on the results of entrance tests or on the basis of education documents.

The applicant’s identity document (international passport) and a notarized translation of the passport into Russian, prepared in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation on notarial matters (original and copy)
