About the training program
The program prepares specialists in quality assurance and control of products, processes, and services in the construction and industrial sectors. Students study standardization, quality management systems, auditing, risk analysis and management methods, as well as modern control and certification tools. Training includes practical cases, laboratory work, and projects at real enterprises. Graduates are capable of developing and implementing quality systems, conducting audits, and optimizing processes, working in construction companies, manufacturing, and consulting organizations.
What do graduates do?
After completing the master's program, a graduate can hold the following positions: - quality engineers and managers in the quality management departments of large construction and other enterprises in any industry; - internal auditors of quality systems and integrated management systems (environmental management systems, OHSAS); - specialists in quality and interaction with consumers of various products and services (construction, educational, medical institutions, banks, etc.); - business process analysts; - external auditors of quality management systems in independent certification organizations; - specialists in lean production; -
