About the training program
Applicants of the direction enter the unified program "Geology," but already in the first year, they choose where they will specialize: in geophysics, geochemistry, geology, or oil and gas. During the first two years, students master basic disciplines. Some groups have their own additional subjects: organic geochemistry - for oil workers, an additional course in crystallography - for geochemists, and geophysicists study some sections from the program of the physical and mechanical-mathematical faculties.
