The RSUH has a Career Center that provides a full range of services to promote the employment of students and university graduates. Career Days are held annually, where employer companies help students with professional definition and employment.

Throughout the year, career events, meetings with company representatives, excursions to partner organizations, master classes, and training sessions on effective employment are organized.
More than 80 cooperation agreements have been concluded with recruitment partners that are potential employers interested in qualified young professionals.
Students’ and graduates’ soft skills are assessed, and individual career development trajectories are developed.
The Youth Talent Pool program has been launched to identify and support the most active, driven, and talented students. We will help them acquire additional relevant skills and recommend them to partner companies for future employment.
