RSUH has a Career Centre that provides a full range of services to support the employment of the university’s students and graduates. Career Days are held annually, during which employer companies help students choose a career path and find employment.

Throughout the year, career events, meetings with company representatives, visits to partner organizations, master classes, and training sessions on effective employment are organized.
More than 80 cooperation agreements have been concluded with staffing partners that are potential employers interested in qualified young professionals.
Students’ and graduates’ transferable competencies (soft skills) are assessed, and individual career development paths are developed.
The Youth Talent Pool program has been launched. It is aimed at identifying and supporting the most active, ambitious, and talented students. We will help them acquire additional relevant skills and recommend them to partner companies for further employment.
