About the training program
The aim of the program is to train specialists in the development processes of the regions of the Russian Federation, with a focus on studying the specific features of the historical and cultural development of Russian regions and the influence of traditions on current regional development trends in culture, the economy, and politics. Knowing the history of the Russian Federation, understanding the distinctive features and diversity of its regions, and being able to reveal the subtle interconnections and interweaving of their traditions, culture, and historical heritage—which have shaped the country's development trajectories—means understanding how and why Russia became the country it is today, being able to make scientifically grounded forecasts, and anticipating the future.
