About the training program
The aim of the new programme (launched in 2025) is to train specialists in the study and preservation of the historical and cultural heritage of the peoples of Russia, as well as in the use of historical and cultural heritage sites for educational purposes. A modern archaeologist is a person with knowledge of information technology, who can apply advanced methods for researching and analysing archaeological materials and is familiar with the key trends in historical and archaeological scholarship.
