About the training program
The programme is designed to provide students with knowledge of the history and main areas of development of digital technologies in archival studies; to examine the work of archives of various profiles in creating and presenting digital images of archival documents, as well as organizing the storage of electronic documents on various media.
The disciplines studied include: Archival Law, Source Studies of Electronic Documents, Russian Archives in the Global Information Space, History of the Digitalization of State and Municipal Archives, Appraisal of the Value of Electronic Documents, Concepts for the Establishment and Operation of Storage Centres for Archival Electronic Documents, and Artificial Intelligence in the Humanities.
