About the training program
Russian-Iranian relations have been developing rapidly in various areas over the past decade, especially over the past year. Bilateral trade has been growing steadily, the countries have maintained a constant exchange of high-level visits, foreign-policy cooperation has been strengthening (military assistance to the Syrian government and joint efforts to counter terrorism and extremism in the region), cooperation in education and culture has been intensifying, and military-technical cooperation has also been expanding. The study of Eastern countries in general, and Iran in particular, is becoming a priority.
