About the training program
The aim of the programme is to train public and municipal officials who possess the competencies required to make and implement government decisions that meet the requirements of legality, efficiency and social orientation of the Russian state. Graduates of the programme are prepared to participate in the development and implementation of development projects for the state, constituent entities of the Russian Federation and municipalities; support the work of coordinating, advisory and consultative bodies under the President, the chambers of the Federal Assembly, the Government of the Russian Federation, federal executive authorities and the executive authorities of constituent entities of the Russian Federation; and work in various executive bodies, including committees, departments and administrations.
