About the training program
The scientific specialty contributes to the conduct of research within the framework of the following provisions: mathematical and numerical methods of modeling real phenomena, objects, systems, and processes, qualitative and approximate methods of their analysis; complexes of programs implementing effective numerical methods and algorithms for conducting computational experiments; scientific and technical problems and the search for their solutions using modern technologies of mathematical modeling; mathematical methods and algorithms for analyzing the adequacy of mathematical models, interpreting the results of field experiments; systems of computer and simulation modeling.
