About the training program
The main goal of the educational program for the preparation of scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel in graduate school in the specialty 5.3.3. Labor Psychology, Engineering Psychology, Cognitive Ergonomics is to prepare personnel capable of carrying out pedagogical and research activities in the field of psychological sciences. Mastery of disciplines in the field of labor psychology, engineering psychology, cognitive ergonomics, foreign language, psychology and pedagogy of higher education, organizational and methodological foundations of scientific research. During their studies, graduate students undergo pedagogical practice, as a result of which they acquire professional skills and experience in professional activities.
