About the training program
The bachelor's program in the field of "Electricity Supply" is aimed at training highly qualified specialists capable of designing, operating, and developing facilities and systems of the electric power complex. The main mission of the program is to prepare engineering personnel who not only understand the physical principles of generation, transmission, distribution, and consumption of electrical energy but also know how to solve complex technical and management tasks in the context of digital transformation of the industry and the transition to sustainable development.
What do graduates do?
- Electrical Engineer / Energy Engineer at power plants (thermal, nuclear, hydraulic): work with main and auxiliary electrical equipment, participation in operation, repair, and modernization. - Specialist in relay protection and automation services: setup, testing, operation, and design of complex protection systems ensuring uninterrupted and safe operation of energy facilities. - Power system dispatcher: operational management of power system operating modes in real time, coordination of power generation, consumption, and flows, elimination of emergency situations. - Engineer for operation and maintenance of high-voltage substations and power transmission lines.
