Admission as part of a general competition
Standard admission procedure for foreign citizens on general grounds. Admission occurs based on the results of entrance tests or on the basis of education documents.

Preferential admission for winners and prize-winners of international olympiads included in the list of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation. The right to admission without entrance exams is granted.

Admission with grant provision
Admission in the presence of an educational grant from Russian or international organizations, funds, state programs. The grant can cover tuition, accommodation, and a scholarship.

РГУ СоцТех does not provide grants for the admission of foreign nationals.

Important information
Important admission dates for fee-paying places at RGU SocTech in 2026 through the general competition: - 20 June to 26 August – submit documents for admission. - 1 July to 26 August – take the entrance examinations depending on the chosen field of study. At RGU SocTech, entrance examinations are held in person or remotely. - By 28 August – sign the contract and pay for the first semester of study.
