100% of students complete industrial and pre-graduation internships at organizations (enterprises), and agreements on students’ practical training are renewed annually. In 2025, the University’s departments concluded more than 350 agreements with enterprises and organizations on organizing and conducting internships for students of RGU SotsTech.
Employment assistance
RSU SocTech cooperates with organizations in Moscow, the Moscow Region, and other regions of Russia on the employment of university graduates, including graduates with disabilities. To assist graduates with employment, the University works closely with employment centers and uses the “Digital Student Labor Exchange” platform in its work: RSU SocTech Dashboard (facultetus.ru). Information about RSU SocTech’s employment and career activities is published in the “Internship and Vacancy Database” section https://rgust.ru/university/career-center/stazhirovki-i-trudoustrojstvo/#, which is in high demand among students. An internship at the Moscow Arbitration Court gives students and graduates of the 40.03.01 Law bachelor's degree program and the 40.04.01 Law master's degree program an opportunity to gain an inside understanding of the Court's work, with the possibility of subsequent employment.

Students enrolled at RGU SotsTech, as well as graduates of the bachelor's degree programs 38.03.01 Economics and 38.03.02 Management and the master's degree programs 38.04.01 Economics and 38.04.02 Management, successfully find employment at PJSC Sberbank of Russia.

RSU SocTech works closely with the Regional Public Organization of People with Disabilities “Perspektiva,” which helps people with disabilities find jobs in the open labor market and helps employers find the right employees. Graduates of the University also successfully find employment through the Regional Public Organization of People with Disabilities “Perspektiva”.
