Rules for settling in a dormitory
Required documents:
- Application
- Identity document (passport) — COPY / for foreign citizens: the passport page bearing the border-crossing stamp
- For minor students — a NOTARIZED consent from each parent/legal representative for temporary registration, and a COPY of the parents’/legal representatives’ passports for concluding a residential lease agreement
- COPY of the medical certificate in Form 086/u
- COPY of the certificate confirming completion of a fluorographic examination
- COPY of vaccination certificate
- Migration card
- Residence permit
- РВПО
- Fingerprinting
- Document confirming registration at the place of stay
Settlement conditions:
- Applications for accommodation are accepted after the enrollment order has been issued, within the deadlines established for each study program.
- To obtain temporary accommodation, you need to complete a move-in application on the website of the Institute of Medical Education of the Almazov Centre: https://education.almazovcentre.ru/about_institute/hostel/ . It is recommended to attach scans of the identity page and registration page.
- Application deadlines and detailed instructions for new applicants are published on the website during the admissions campaign.
