Rules for admitting foreign applicants

Detailed information about various methods of admission to a Russian university for foreign citizens. Choose the appropriate option and familiarize yourself with the necessary documents.

Admission as part of a general competition

Standard admission procedure for foreign citizens on general grounds. Admission occurs based on the results of entrance tests or on the basis of education documents.

Quota receipt

Admission within the quota of the Government of the Russian Federation for foreign citizens. The number of places is limited, selection is conducted on a competitive basis through Rossotrudnichestvo.

Important information

When submitting your application online independently or via Gosuslugi, you must notify us by phone at +7 (391) 263-95-80 or by email at inter@kspu.ru. To confirm their status as a compatriot, the applicant must submit the following documents to the Admissions Committee: - The applicant’s and their parents’ passports (internal and international); - The applicant’s and their parents’ birth certificates; - A document confirming residence abroad (internal passport/residence permit/registration extract confirming permanent residence); - IF AVAILABLE: documents confirming kinship with relatives residing in Russia or having resided in the territory of the former USSR. - IF AVAILABLE: a divorce certificate / name-change certificate / parent’s death certificate.
