About the training program
HSE University - Perm
The goal of the program is to train professionals in the field of state and municipal management, as well as specialists from enterprises and organizations that closely interact with federal, regional, and local government bodies. Students study the basics and mechanisms of state and municipal management, acquire knowledge and competencies in the field of state regulation, management of state finances, conducting state procurement, implementing project management in the state sector, managing municipal socio-economic development, and making management decisions.
What do graduates do?
Masters are prepared for leadership in government bodies, teaching and scientific activities, as well as for work in business oriented towards cooperation with the state. Graduates work in the Administration of the Governor of Perm Krai, Ministries of Perm Krai, the apparatus of the Government of Perm Krai, the Administration of the City of Perm, the Administration of Perm Krai, the Government of the City of Moscow, regional representations of federal authorities, the apparatus of the Legislative Assembly, the media, the UN, and also hold leadership positions in the healthcare and education systems.
