About the training program
The program is aimed at training specialists capable of solving a wide range of tasks in modern science and technology, relying on the most modern achievements in mathematics, physics, and information technologies using computer technology. Students gain knowledge in the field of technologies for designing dynamic systems; technologies for processing, transmitting, storing, and protecting information; technologies for developing and maintaining specialized software; technologies for mathematical modeling of complex physical-mechanical systems and processes.
What do graduates do?
A distinctive feature of the program is in-depth training in mathematics, programming, and physics with a special emphasis on project activities. Students of the program learn to implement and apply modern mathematical modeling methods in practice, participating in projects such as data processing and analysis for medicine and pharmacology, calculation of optimal structures in biomechanics, and ballistic design of space missions in collaboration with the Institute of Space Research of the Russian Academy of Sciences and NASA laboratories. Thus, a graduate acquires not only an impressive body of knowledge but also the skills to apply it in solving real tasks in various industries.
