About the training program

The English-language master's program was developed in 2014 by the Institute of Statistical Research and Knowledge Economics of the Higher School of Economics. The program prepares specialists with systemic knowledge for analyzing and structuring information, forecasting and planning, making scientifically based strategic decisions, and implementing innovations, capable of building effective management processes in two interrelated areas - public policy and business. The master knows what an innovative approach is and how to achieve it.
