About the training program
The following programs are being implemented: "Project Management"; "Business Analytics"; "Financial Management"; "Human Resource Management of High-Tech Production". The implementation of changes in the company is the prerogative of management specialists not lower than the master's level. The preparation of masters is conducted through four educational programs, representing a set of interrelated functionalities for a comprehensive solution to the task of corporate transformation. The identification of possible ways to solve the problem (business analysis) continues in the form of implementing the chosen preferred alternative (project management) with financial support for the changes being carried out (financial management).
