The programme is designed to provide comprehensive training for professional journalist-media managers, visual communications specialists, and copywriters who meet the demands of the labour market and are capable of working successfully in a rapidly developing digital environment across a wide range of innovative information-related fields. The “Media Communications” profile includes general humanities disciplines (history, philosophy, and economics), as well as a number of comprehensive modules (cultural studies, socio-humanities, and language training), creating a strong foundation for future professional practice.

  • Разработка медиапроектов и контент-стратегий с учётом особенностей целевой аудитории.
  • Сбор, проверка и анализ информации из открытых источников, документов и интервью.
  • Подготовка журналистских материалов для печатных, телевизионных, радио- и интернет-медиа.
  • Создание текстового, аудио-, видео- и мультимедийного контента для различных платформ.
  • Проведение интервью, пресс-конференций и журналистских расследований.
  • Освещение общественно значимых событий с соблюдением принципов объективности, точности и редакционной этики.
  • Использование современных цифровых технологий для создания, обработки и распространения медиаконтента.
  • Работа с социальными сетями и онлайн-платформами, включая продвижение публикаций и взаимодействие с аудиторией.
  • Анализ медиарынка, информационных поводов и общественных настроений.
  • Организация работы редакции и управление медиапроектами, включая планирование, координацию команды и оценку эффективности контента.

What do graduates do?

The Department of International Journalism has developed training practices for future media professionals with the active participation of renowned practitioners: editors-in-chief and leading media managers, as well as professional journalists proficient in innovative media technologies and familiar with the specific nature of journalistic work in different media systems. The curriculum includes project-based seminars, the development of creative media projects, and their presentation at national and international conferences and competitions. Developing projects for the information and communication support and promotion of media projects in the digital media environment has become a key factor in students receiving individual scholarships.
