For this purpose, an ecosystem of career development has been created at the university, including building the professional trajectory of students and cooperation with leading partner companies. The Career and Practical Training Center is a division of the university aimed at supporting students in employment issues. The employment rate of university graduates in 2024 reached 96.4%. Every year, more than 9,000 students of NITU MISIS undergo internships and training in high-tech Russian and international companies. In 2024, the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia included the Career and Practical Training Center of NITU MISIS in the list of best practices for interaction between universities and executive bodies of the subjects of the Russian Federation and enterprises to meet personnel needs.
