About the training program

Students in this program acquire knowledge in materials science and functional systems, develop the skills needed to support a device they have created throughout its entire life cycle, and master advanced technologies for developing nanomaterials and nanosystems for electronics. Research experience gained during their studies at leading international and Russian research centers enables our graduates to successfully pursue careers at the global level.
