About the training program
The program is aimed at the comprehensive, high-quality training of research and academic teaching staff in the following areas: Design and synthesis of biologically active compounds based on an understanding of pharmacophore groups and structural elements: zinc-binding groups and nitroheterocycles
Design of biologically active compounds based on the analog-based drug design principle (drug design through the study of analogues of known medicines)
Targeted degradation of aberrantly hyperactive proteins: design of PROTAC-type chimeric structures (proteolysis-targeting chimeras)
Development of a scaffold-oriented synthetic methodology aimed at exploring new niches in drug-like chemical space.
