About the training program
The educational program "Conflict Management" provides training for specialists in the analysis and management of political and ethnic conflicts, alternative conflict resolution technologies — negotiations and mediation — with the aim of maintaining peaceful ways of interaction in the sphere of politics, national and social relations, business relations, organizational, group, family, and interpersonal relations, capable of solving theoretical and practical tasks in the areas of professional activity in accordance with professional standards.
