About the training program

The direction "Nanotechnologies and Microsystem Engineering" provides training for researchers and developers who will be engaged in the design of nano- and microscale devices and instruments. The study of material properties holds a special place here. You will be able to modify a material beyond recognition and thoughtfully explore its properties. You will be engaged in microscale mechanics. You will make sensors, microlabs to help doctors, microchips, and anything you want, but with the prefix "micro-" and "nano-". It will be hard, but interesting!

What will they teach you?

  • Micro- and nanomechanics
  • Microcircuitry
  • Diagnostics of micro- and nanosystems
  • Materials and elements of electronics
  • Solid-state electronics
  • Physicochemical bases of micro- and nanotechnology processes
  • Bionics
  • Quantum and optical electronics
